The other three transactions, on Jerusalem Road, Lakeside Drive and Main Road, listed no consideration amount. Two of the four records name Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a seller. With three-quarters of the period's transactions unpriced, the available data offers a limited read on market tone this period.
