Tyringham deed activity thin in August, single disclosed sale at $75,000

Tyringham recorded three property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one included a disclosed sale price: a $75,000 transaction in which Marco Buffoni transferred property to Greylock Federal Credit Union, recorded Aug. 31. The other two transfers, a property at 140 Jerusalem Road (Aug. 20) and one tied to a mortgage on Lakeside Drive (Aug. 7), did not disclose consideration amounts.
