Four Tyringham Deeds Recorded as Late-September Sales Include Two Bank Transfers

Tyringham recorded four property transfers through the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, though only two carry a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 with a median of $97,500. The top recorded sale was 79 Goose Pond Road at $120,000, sold Sept.

The top recorded sale was 79 Goose Pond Road at $120,000, sold Sept. 22 from Christopher M. and Alyssa C. Peebles to Gina Campbell. Goose Pond Road saw two of the period's four sales, both recorded the same day. Two of the four transfers list a bank or credit union as buyer, and one involved sellers holding title as trustees. With only four recorded sales and half still missing price data, the period's activity reads as quiet by count alone.
